This comprehensive study investigated drug-induced cardiotoxicity using human iPSC-derived heart organoids. We developed a high-throughput screening platform to assess the effects of 200+ pharmaceutical compounds on cardiac function, including contractility, electrophysiology, and cellular viability over 14-day treatment periods.
